Interested in coaching or volunteering for Frelinghuysen Recreation?

If you’d like to coach or volunteer for any of the Frelinghuysen youth sport or community programs download the form pack below and submit the required signed forms in person/FAX/email.

To become a volunteer, you must complete a volunteer application and screening process, which may include an interview about your skills and interests, a criminal background check, and character references. You will also receive training about your volunteer role, behavioral expectations, and child protection.

Instructions: Download the Registration Forms / Waivers zip file below – all the necessary forms and paperwork are inside the .zip file. You will need to print, sign, and submit the forms (in person).
